The launch of the Hyderabad Experience Centre reflects Tesla India’s strategy to offer a more immersive and accessible electric vehicle retail experience. Visitors will be able to explore Tesla vehicles through guided tours and interactive demonstrations conducted by Tesla Advisors. Customers will gain detailed insights into the company’s electric mobility technology, safety systems, performance engineering, and design philosophy. The facility’s strategic location in HITEC City ensures connectivity and accessibility for customers across Hyderabad and Telangana.
In parallel with the showroom expansion, Tesla India has initiated delivery and after-sales operations from its Bollaram Industrial Area facility. This development is expected to significantly enhance ownership support and service efficiency for customers in the region.
A key highlight of the new centre is the 2026 Tesla Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive. The electric sport utility vehicle offers up to 2,138 litres of cargo capacity and accommodates five passengers. It accelerates from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in 5.9 seconds and delivers a claimed WLTP range of up to 500 kilometres on a single charge. The vehicle is priced at ₹50.89 lakh (ex-showroom), with deliveries scheduled to commence in July 2026.
The Model Y L is also on display at the Hyderabad facility. Designed as a family-oriented electric sport utility vehicle, it features a three-row, six-seat configuration with enhanced cabin space and practicality. The Model Y L delivers a WLTP-certified range of up to 681 kilometres and accelerates from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in 5.0 seconds. It offers a maximum cargo capacity of 2,539 litres. The starting price for the Model Y L is ₹61.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
Tesla India has confirmed that both models are available for booking through its official sales channels. Customers who place orders before June 30, 2026, will receive a complimentary home Wall Connector charging unit.
The inauguration of the Hyderabad Experience Centre underscores Tesla India’s continued expansion strategy and highlights the company’s intent to deepen its engagement with India’s growing electric vehicle market through enhanced retail presence, improved service infrastructure, and broader product accessibility.
